Understanding the Activity Log

Activity Log is actively being developed. Currently, it supports user log and event log functionalities. Upcoming features will include logging for teams and artists.

The Activity Log gives you a clear timeline of all changes made to events, bookings, and travel arrangements. It helps teams stay informed and maintain accountability across your organization.

What gets tracked

The Activity Log captures changes across your events and bookings:

  • Event details
    • Status updates
    • Event name, venue, and buyer changes
  • Booking information
    • Artist booking additions and removals
    • Performance time and duration changes
    • Stage assignments
    • Status changes (confirmed, cancelled)
  • Travel and logistics
    • Flight details (times, airports, gates, baggage belt)
    • Ground transport updates
    • Accommodation check-in/check-out times
    • Appointment scheduling
  • Advancing
    • Task status changes
    • Advancing group changes

Viewing the Event Activity Log

  1. Open any event
  2. Navigate to the Activity tab

The activity log displays changes in chronological order. Each entry shows who made the change, what was modified, and when it happened. Related changes are grouped together for easier reading.

Smart change grouping

To keep the log readable, Stagent groups related changes together. If someone updates multiple booking details within the same minute, those changes appear as a single grouped entry rather than separate items. You can expand any group to see the individual changes.

Your personal Activity Log

Your account also has a personal activity log that shows changes you've made to your own profile and settings:

  1. Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner
  2. Select Personal Settings > Activity

This includes updates to your email, password, notification preferences, and security settings like two-factor authentication.

Privacy and access control

The Activity Log respects your team's permission structure. Different team members see different levels of detail based on their role:

  • Agency team members see the complete activity history, including financial details like invoice and contract changes, unless members do not have the permission to see sensitive information.
  • Artist team members see a filtered view that includes:
    • Booking times, stages, and status changes
    • Travel and logistics updates
    • Advancing information

Artist team members do not see:

  • Invoice or contract activity
  • Booking fees and financial terms (unless permissions are set)
  • Event buyer information

This ensures sensitive business information stays protected while keeping everyone informed about the details they need.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete activity entries?

No. The Activity Log is an immutable record designed for accountability and transparency. Entries cannot be modified or deleted.

How far back does the log go?

The Activity Log keeps a complete history of all changes since the feature was enabled in December 2025.

Why don't I see certain changes?

If you're part of an artist team, you'll only see changes relevant to your confirmed bookings. Financial and contract details are only visible to agency team members with appropriate permissions.
