All about notifications

Stagent keeps you informed about event changes without overwhelming your inbox. Notifications are bundled together and delivered as a single, organized update.

Consolidated notifications

Instead of sending separate emails for every small change, Stagent groups notifications together. When multiple updates happen within a 15-minute window, you'll receive one consolidated notification containing all the changes.

Example:

  1. At 14:00, someone updates the event venue
  2. At 14:05, a booking time is changed
  3. At 15:10, flight details are added

Rather than three separate emails, you'll get one at approximately 15:15 summarizing all three changes.

What's included

Consolidated notifications organize changes into clear sections:

  • Event changes: eg. name updates, venue changes, date/time modifications
  • Booking updates: eg. performance time changes, stage assignments, status updates
  • Travel updates: eg. flights, ground transport, accommodation, appointments
  • Advancing information: eg. task status changes, advancing group updates

Each notification includes a link to view the full event details.

Notification settings

Manage how notifications reach you:

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom left corner
  2. Go to Personal Settings > Notifications

Choose from:

  • Email: receive notifications in your inbox
  • Push notifications: get alerts on your mobile device
  • Notification center: view notifications within Stagent

Enable multiple channels, or turn them all off if you need a break.

What won't trigger notifications

  • Your own changes
  • Changes to requested/option/canceled bookings (for artist team members)
  • Financial details like fees and invoices (for artist team members)

For artist team members

You'll receive notifications focused on what matters for your performance:

  • When and where you're performing
  • Travel arrangements
  • Advancing information

You'll only receive notifications for confirmed bookings. Pending bookings won't generate updates as this prevents noise about events that may not happen. Once confirmed, you'll start receiving relevant updates. If a booking is later cancelled, you'll get a final notification.

FAQ

Why haven't I received a notification yet?

Notifications bundle over a 15-minute window. If changes were just made, expect your notification within 15 minutes.

Can I get instant notifications?

No. The 15-minute window prevents overload, and most changes happen in clusters as teams work on events together.

Why didn't I get notified about something in the activity log?

Either you made the change yourself, you weren't subscribed at the time, or it's outside your notification scope (like financial info for artist team members).
