Stagent is a powerful booking platform that allows you to easily manage your bookings and invoices. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of generating your first invoice in a booking on Stagent.
Step 1: Accessing Your Bookings
To begin, log into your Stagent account and navigate to the "Bookings" section. Here, you will see a list of all your current bookings.
Step 2: Selecting the Booking
Find the booking for which you want to generate your first invoice and click on it to open the event overview. Continue by navigating to the finance page. Alternatively, start by creating your first booking.
Step 3: Add Artist Deal and Additional Expenses

Here you can change the final delivery options, including sending an automatic e-mail or choosing to download a copy of the invoice and sending it through your own e-mail, select a different contact from the company to send the invoice to, the due date and enable Stripe Connect or use an alternative payment link.
