How to Change Your Finance Settings in a Booking on Stagent

Stagent is a powerful booking platform that allows you to manage your bookings and finances all in one place. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of changing your finance settings in a booking on Stagent.

Step 1: Accessing Your Bookings

To begin, log into your Stagent account and navigate to the "Bookings" section. Here, you will see a list of all your current bookings.

Step 2: Selecting the Booking

Find the booking for which you want to change the finance settings and click on it to open the event overview. Navigate to the finance page and open the ''settings'' in the deal for event card.

Step 3: Editing the Finance Settings

On the settings page, easely make changes to finance options of the event. Furthermore, enable the 'Sell as show' function to replace the individual artist deals with a show name and fixed fee on the contract and invoices.

[For Agencies] 'Sell as show' is a great function to upsel your artists under a special show name, for example: a label night or if you're programming the line-up for a specific event.

Please note: The fixed show fee always needs to be higher than the combined sum of the artist deals, including VAT.

Step 4: Confirming the Changes

Don't forget to save your changes, you will see a confirmation message at the top of the page. This indicates that your finance settings have been successfully updated.

Conclusion

Congratulations! You have successfully changed the finance settings for a booking on Stagent. Now you can easily manage your pricing for all your bookings in one convenient location.
