How to Create Your First Booking in Stagent
Stagent is a powerful booking management system that allows you to easily manage your bookings and reservations. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of creating your first booking in Stagent.
Step 1: Log in to Stagent
If you haven't already, log in to your Stagent account using your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to the Bookings Page
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to your Stagent dashboard. From here, click on the "Bookings" tab in the navigation menu to access the bookings page.
Step 3: Click on the "New Event" Button
On the bookings page, you will see a list of all your current bookings. To create a new booking, click on the "New Event" button located at the top of the page.
Step 4: Fill in the Booking Details
You will now be taken to the booking creation form. Here, you will need to fill in all the necessary details for your booking, such as the event name, buyer information and the specific bookings, belonging to the specific event. For Bookings you're able to include the set time and duration of the set.
Stagent is build to accomodate multi-bookings, meaning you always start the booking process by creating the event, after which you can easily attach multiple bookings to that event.
Step 5: Create Your Booking
Once you have filled in all the required information, click on the "Create" button at the bottom of the form. Your booking will now be saved and added to your list of bookings. You will be redirected to the event overview, where you can continue to advance the booking.
