How to Add Team Members on Stagent

One of the features of Stagent is the ability to add team members. This allows for seamless communication and efficient task management. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of adding team members on Stagent.

Stagent for Artists team members: Tour Manager, Manager, co-producer, etc.
Stagent for Agencies team members: Fellow bookers, managers and staff members involved in the booking process.

Step 1: Go to your Team Members

Once logged in on your Stagent account, navigate to your team settings from the left menu. On the settings page, go to your 'team members' menu, where you will be able to see an overview of all members and their roles.

Step 2: Invite a new team member

Once you're ready, press 'invite team member' to open the invitation menu. Fill in the following information:

Inviting team members with the 'member' role also allows you to enable or disable their permission to view the booking finances.
