How to Add Artist Documents and Create a Press Kit on Stagent

One of the features of Stagent is the ability to add artist documents and create a press kit. This allows artists to provide important information and materials to potential clients, making it easier for them to make informed decisions about hiring the artist.

Step 1: Log in to Stagent

In order to invite your artists, you will need to log in to your Stagent account. Once logged in, navigate to your roster from the left menu.

Step 2: Go to Your Artist's Profile

Go to your artist's profile by clicking on their name or profile picture. This will take you to their profile page where you can manage their documents and press kit.

Step 3: Click on the "Documents" Tab

On your artist profile, you will see several tabs, including "Bookings," "Documents," "Press kit," and "Details." Click on the "Documents" tab to access the section where you can add artist documents.

Step 4: Add Artist Documents

In the "Documents" section, you will see a button that says "Add Document." Click on this button to upload any documents you would like to include in your press kit. These documents can include riders, identities, custom press kits and invoices.

Step 5: Create Your Press Kit

Once you have uploaded all of your desired documents, you can continue with creating a press kit for your artist. Click on the "Press Kit" button, and you will be taken to a page where you can customize your press kit. Enter the artist's biography, upload their logos and press pictures, add additional notes, contact information and social links, and finish by changing the color and prefered font family.

Step 6: Save and Publish Your Press Kit

After you have finished customizing your press kit, click on the "Save press kit" button to save your changes. Once saved, Stagent will automatically host your press kit and will automatically include it with outgoing contracts. You can then choose to view your press kit directly, or copy a link to share it directly.

Please note: A press kit is only considered 'finished' or 'ready' when the biography has been filled in. Without a biography, Stagent will not include the press kit to your contracts automatically.

Step 7: Update Your Press Kit as Needed

As your career progresses and you want to make changes, you can easily update your press kit by following the same steps outlined above. This will ensure that your press kit is always up-to-date and reflects your current work and achievements.

Conclusion
