Manage Exclusivity in Stagent
Exclusivity is managed specifically per booking, so when you create a new event including an artist with an active exclusivity clause, Stagent will automatically notify you of conflicts, within the specified date and distance range. If no conflicts are found within this range, it is safe to proceed with the booking.
If there are any matches, you’ll be notified and can press the conflicts message to open a new dialog box where you can review whether the booking can be accepted. Clicking on one of these conflicts opens the specific booking in a new tab. This ensures you avoid overlapping bookings and manage artist availability effectively.
Step 1: Log in to Your Stagent Account
First, log in to your Stagent account to access your bookings dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the specific event that requires exclusivity
Once logged in, navigate to your plannings or bookings overview, and open the event which includes the booking that requires the specific exclusivity.
Step 3: Edit the booking
Look for the booking that requires exclusivity and edit the booking by pressing the additional options icon, located to the right of the booking status.
Step 4: Manage your Exclusivity
Fill in the specific terms of the exclusivity clause, by highlighting the amount of days before and after the booking, together with the radius or country (if applied to a specific country). Once filled in and saved, any new booking you create for this specific artist will automatically be checked on the exclusivity clause.
