How to invite your artists

Note: This feature is only available for agency plans.

Expanding your artist roster on Stagent is simple! With the "Agency Connect" feature, you can invite your artists to access and view bookings created by your agency, keeping them updated on the latest developments.

Step 1: Log in to Stagent

First, log in to your Stagent account. Once logged in, navigate to your roster from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Add Your Artist

In your roster overview, you can add new artists and track which artists have accepted their invitations. To invite a new artist, click "New Artist," enter the artist’s name, and continue by filling in their email address to send the invitation directly.

Note: With the recent introduction of non-exclusive artists, you can add artists without an 'Agency Connect' login. Please check out our pricing page to learn more about the limit of non-exclusive bookings per subscription.

Step 3: Manage Your Artists

Once your artist accepts the invitation, you’ll be able to manage their access and permissions from the team page. You can invite additional artists by following the same process.

Tip: If you want to invite an artist after they’ve been added, simply go to your roster overview, select the artist, enter their email address, customize the message, and press "Send Invitation."
