How to manage your team members
Stagent makes it easy to add team members, whether you're managing a team for an artist or an agency. This allows for seamless communication and efficient task management. Follow these simple steps to invite team members and manage their roles.
Stagent for Artists team members: Tour Manager, Manager, Co-producer, etc.
Stagent for Agencies team members: Fellow bookers, managers, and staff involved in the booking process.
Step 1: Go to Your Team Members
Once logged into your Stagent account, navigate to your team settings from the left-hand menu (click on your name / avatar). On the settings page, click on the "Team Members" menu to see an overview of all current members and their roles.
Step 2: Invite a New Team Member
When you're ready to add a new team member, click "Invite Team Member" to open the invitation menu. Enter the required information and invite them to join.
Role Permissions
When inviting team members with the "Member" role, you can also choose whether to enable or disable their access to view booking finances.
Members are limited in their functionalities, such as deleting events, accessing finances and more.
