Availability in Stagent

Keep your team in the loop by adding and updating your availability on Stagent. This makes communication easier and ensures your availability is considered in the booking process.

Step 1: Add Availability

Once logged in to your Stagent account, go to your bookings overview from the left-hand menu. Select the specific date in your calendar and click "Add Availability."

Step 2: Fill in the Availability

Choose your availability status, reason, and the length of time. Once you’ve entered the details, press "Add Availability" to confirm.

Once the availability has been saved, you will be able to see this in the calendar view, highlighted by a colored dot. Alternatively clicking on the date will also show active availabilities underneath the date.

Agency Connect: Artists can easily fill in their availability throught their own artist team and share the information directly with their agency.
