Add and change availability
Learn how to add & change availability to communicate more efficiently with your team.
- Go to your booking overview and select the specific date in the calendar.
- Press the button 'Add availability' under the calendar.
- In the new window, select the artist and change the status to available/unavailable and enter the reason. Additionally add the until date, so Stagent automatically adds the availability per day.
Note: Removing availability still has to be done per day.
- Press the button 'Add availability'
The selected date will now show a green dot per available artist and a red dot per unavailable artist. Selecting the specific date will show a pop-up with the specific artist and the reason for being (un)available.
Note: Artists can edit/delete the availability added by their agency and vice versa.
