Add and change availability

Learn how to add & change availability to communicate more efficiently with your team.

  1. Go to your booking overview and select the specific date in the calendar.
  2. Press the button 'Add availability' under the calendar.
  3. In the new window, select the artist and change the status to available/unavailable and enter the reason. Additionally add the until date, so Stagent automatically adds the availability per day.
    Note: Removing availability still has to be done per day.
  4. Press the button 'Add availability'

    The selected date will now show a green dot per available artist and a red dot per unavailable artist. Selecting the specific date will show a pop-up with the specific artist and the reason for being (un)available.

Note: Artists can edit/delete the availability added by their agency and vice versa.
