Understanding Stagent's event-based approach
In Stagent, an event serves as the central hub for all related bookings. Unlike other booking management tools that handle each booking separately, Stagent allows you to create an event and add multiple bookings, whether they involve different artists, the same artist multiple times, or a mix of both.
This approach combines all bookings under one event, resulting in a single contract and invoice for your buyer. This not only reduces paperwork but also offers more flexibility in managing different aspects of an event in one place.
For artist teams, this approach applies directly to you. It’s especially useful if you have multiple bookings at the same event or a residency and want to invoice the buyer on a monthly basis.
Benefits of event-based management
- Coordinated management: Manage all bookings, advancing, and finances for a single event in one central location.
- Reduced paperwork: By combining bookings into one event, you reduce the number of contracts and invoices required. Less paperwork and less hassle guaranteed.
- Flexibility: Add as many bookings as needed to an event, adapting to different scenarios such as multiple artists or performances. Best case scenario you would add your full roster, twice, to an event.
