Exploring statement settings

This article—a short one—explains the different statement settings. Go to your team’s settings and find ‘statements’ within the documents section to access the following options:

• Number format: Adjust how numbers are displayed on your statements. You can choose from a variety of tags to structure the format to your liking.
• Next statement number: Set the starting number for your next statement to ensure matching sequential order with existing statements or start fresh.
• Zero balance statements: Choose whether to generate statements for a zero balance by toggling this setting on or off.

These options help you customize statements to suit your preferences. Don’t forget to hit 'save' after making changes to apply these settings.
