Managing subscription and billing details
Managing your billing details and subscription plan ensures your Stagent account is always up-to-date. This guide covers how to change your subscription plan and what you can do through the billing portal.
Change your subscription plan
To change your subscription plan, navigate to the ‘Subscription’ page within your team’s settings. Here, you’ll find an overview of your current plan. You can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly plans. When switching plans, Stagent automatically issues an invoice for the remaining period of the current plan, reflecting the price difference. If you’re downgrading, it will issue credit for the unused period of the current plan.
Billing portal
Look for the button labeled ‘billing portal’. Clicking this will take you to your team's billing portal. The billing portal provides a range of options:
- Update billing details: Use the portal to update your billing information as needed. This includes updating your billing address and VAT number.
- Download invoices: Access a record of all your past invoices. You can download them for your records directly through the portal.
- Update payment method: Change your payment method within the portal. Add a new card or update existing payment details.
- Cancel subscription plan: If you decide to cancel your subscription, the billing portal allows you to do so quickly. Follow the prompts in the portal to complete the cancellation process.
