How to delete a team
If you ever need to disband your team on Stagent, this guide will walk you through the steps to delete the team. However, if you’re having second thoughts or need assistance, we’re here to help. 1. Open your team settings
Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Team Settings’ to proceed to your team’s details page.
2. Danger Zone
In the team details, you’ll find various team and company related details. Scroll down to find the ‘Danger Zone’ section. This is where you can delete your team.
Within the Danger Zone, you’ll see a button labeled ‘Delete Team.’ Clicking this button will start the deletion process. A confirmation window will pop up to ensure that you truly want to delete your team. If you’re certain, click ‘Delete’ to finalize the process.
Important: Deleting your team will remove all data associated with it, including events, bookings, and any active trials or subscriptions linked to the team. This action cannot be undone.
3. Team deleted
You’ve successfully deleted your team on Stagent. If you have other active teams, you can continue managing them as usual.
