Manage venue details and capacity
Follow these simple steps to manage your venues and important venue details such as the venue address, timezone and capacity.
Step 1: Accessing your event
To manage event details, start by accessing the event overview page. You can do this by clicking the "Planning" or ''Events'' tab in the left-hand menu and selecting the event you want to manage. You can also use the search bar to find your event quickly.
Step 2: Accessing Venue Database
Navigate to the venue card and click on the new "Select Venue" option above the venue card.
Stagent now stores your venues in a database, where you can easily add, edit and delete venues. By adding your venues into a database, you'll be able to easily select a venue from your database whenever you create a new event:
Step 3: Edit a venue
To edit a venue, access the venue database by as described in the previous step. Select the venue and press ''edit venue''.
Here, you can update the venue address, timezone, and capacity. Be sure to click "Save" when you're done.
Step 3: Saving Changes
After making your edits, don’t forget to click "Save" to ensure that your changes are applied. This will update the event page with the new information.
Note: Stagent will automatically update the event country to match the venue's location.
