How to Use the Booking Request Widget in Stagent

The Booking Request Widget in Stagent is a powerful tool that allows you to easily manage and track booking requests for your business. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps of using this widget to streamline your booking process.

Step 1: Accessing the Booking Widget

To access the Booking Widget, log in to your Stagent account and on the 'Calendar' page, navigate to the "Tools" section. Click on the "Booking Widget" to open it.

Step 2: Setting Up the Widget

Before you can start using the Booking Widget, you will need to set it up. You can customize the widget's appearance, change the font family, and set up additional options.

Step 3: Adding the Widget to Your Website

Once you have set up the widget, you can add it to your website. Stagent provides you with a code snippet that you can easily embed on your website. Simply copy and paste this code into the HTML of your website, and the widget will appear on your site.

Step 4: Managing Booking Requests

When a buyer submits a booking request through the widget, it will appear in Stagent with the status: "Requested", in addition to receiving a(n in-app) notification. Here, you can view all the details of the request, including the buyer's name, contact information, and requested date and time.
