Adding 'buyer' companies and contacts

Need to add promoters, venues, or other external contacts to Stagent? No problem! Follow these simple steps to add new contacts and keep everything organized.

Step 1: Log in to Stagent and Access the Contacts Page

First, log in to your Stagent account. Once logged in, click on the "Contacts" tab in the left-hand menu. This will take you to the contacts page, where you can view all your existing contacts and add new ones.

Note: Stagent creates new contacts at the company level, meaning you can link multiple individual contacts to the same company.

Step 2: Click on the "Add Company" Button

On the contacts page, you’ll see a button labeled "New Company." Click this button to begin adding a new contact.

Note: If the buyer does not belong to a company, use the 'add contact' option instead.

Step 3: Fill in the Contact Information

A form will appear where you can enter the company and contact details, including their name, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information. Double-check the details before moving forward.

Step 4: Save the Contact

Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click "Create" to add the new contact to your Stagent team. And that’s it! You’ve successfully added a new contact to Stagent.
