Manage event details
Follow these simple steps to manage important information like the event name, buyer, managing agent, and venue details.
Step 1: Accessing the Event Details
To manage event details, start by accessing the event overview page. You can do this by clicking the "Bookings" tab in the left-hand menu and selecting the event you want to manage. You can also use the search bar to find your event quickly.
Step 2: Editing Event Details
Once on the event overview page, you’ll see all the key details organized into separate cards for a clear view. To make changes, click the "Manage Event" button in the event card. From here, you can edit details like the event name, buyer, managing agent, and event type. You can also add or remove any other important details for your event.
Step 3: Saving Changes
After making your edits, don’t forget to click "Save" to ensure that your changes are applied. This will update the event page with the new information.
Step 4: Editing Venue Details
If you need to adjust the venue details, go back to the event overview and click "Manage Venue" in the venue card. Here, you can update the event address, timezone, and capacity. Be sure to click "Save" when you're done.
Note: Stagent will automatically update the event country to match the venue's location.
