Change Your Finance Settings (Within a Booking)
Need to adjust your finance settings for a booking on Stagent? No problem! Stagent makes it easy to manage everything from VAT percentages to show fees. Follow these simple steps to make changes to your finance settings.
Step 1: Access Your Bookings
Log into your Stagent account and head to the "Bookings" section. You’ll see a list of all your current bookings.
Step 2: Select the Booking
Click on the booking where you want to change the finance settings. This will take you to the event overview. From here, go to the finance page and open the “Settings” within the deal for the event.
Step 3: Edit the Finance Settings
On the finance settings page, you can easily update options such as VAT percentages, reference numbers, and withholding tax. You can also enable the "Sell as Show" function, which replaces individual artist deals with a show name and fixed fee on contracts and invoices.
For Agencies: The "Sell as Show" feature is perfect for promoting a group of artists under a special show name, like a label night or a curated event lineup. Just remember, the fixed show fee must be higher than the combined total of the artist deals (including VAT).
Step 4: Confirm Your Changes
Once you’ve made the necessary updates, don’t forget to save your changes. You’ll see a confirmation message at the top of the page, letting you know your finance settings have been successfully updated.
