Generate your first invoice

Stagent makes it easy to manage bookings and invoices in one place. Follow these simple steps to generate your first invoice for a booking.

Step 1: Access Your Bookings

Log into your Stagent account and head to the "Bookings" or calendar section. Here, you’ll find a list of all your current bookings.

Step 2: Select the Booking

Click on the booking for which you want to generate an invoice. This will take you to the event overview. From here, navigate to the finance page. If you don’t have a booking yet, no worries—start by creating one!

Step 3: Add Artist Deal and Additional Expenses

Once the booking is set, you can add the artist deal and any additional expenses. Click the pencil icon next to the artist’s name to enter the flat fee and the booking fee. You can also include any other expenses related to the booking.

Step 4: Generate the Invoice

When everything is set, click the "Generate Invoice" button. A menu will appear where you can choose which artist deals and expenses to include. You can also add a deposit and other invoice options. Once you’re ready, click "Generate" to create the invoice in draft mode.

Step 5: Send the Invoice to the Client

After reviewing the invoice, click "Send Invoice." Here, you can select how to send it—either through an automatic email or by downloading a copy to send yourself. You can also choose a contact, set the due date, and enable Stripe Connect for payments or use a different payment link.


Optional: Track Payments with Stripe Connect

If you’ve enabled Stripe Connect, Stagent will automatically track incoming payments. You’ll find these listed under the invoice in the finance menu of your booking.
