How to add artist documents and create a Electronic Press Kit

One of Stagent's key features is the ability to add artist documents and create a press kit, making it easier for potential clients to learn more about your artists and make informed decisions. Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Log in to Stagent

First, log in to your Stagent account. Once you’re in, navigate to your roster from the left menu.

Step 2: Go to Your Artist’s Profile

Click on the artist’s name or profile picture to open their profile page, where you can manage their documents and press kit.

Step 3: Click on the "Documents" Tab

On the artist’s profile, you’ll see several tabs, including "Bookings," "Documents," "Press Kit," and "Details." Click on the "Documents" tab to access where you can add files.

Step 4: Add Artist Documents

Click the "Add Document" button to upload the artist documents you want to include, such as riders, identity files, custom press kits, or invoices.

Step 5: Create Your Press Kit

Once all your documents are uploaded, click on the "Press Kit" tab to start building the press kit. Here, you can add the artist's biography, upload logos, press photos, add notes, contact details, social media links, and even customize the colors and font. Furthermore, easily add the rider you just uploaded so it's included with your EPK.

Step 6: Save and Publish Your Press Kit

When you’re done customizing, click the "Save Press Kit" button. Stagent will host your press kit automatically and include it with any outgoing contracts. You can view the press kit directly or share it using a link.

Note: A press kit must include a biography to be considered complete and to be automatically included with contracts.

Step 7: Update Your Press Kit as Needed

As your artist’s career progresses, you can easily update the press kit following these same steps. This keeps it fresh and up-to-date with the latest information.
