How to delete your Stagent account

If you’ve decided it’s time to move on, this article will walk you through the steps to delete your account. However, if you’re having second thoughts or need assistance, we’re here to help. 1. Open your personal settings

Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select 'Personal settings' to proceed to your account settings.

2. Danger zone

In the account settings, you’ll see various options like your details, sign in, and notifications. Scroll down and click on 'Danger zone' to find the option to delete your account.


Within the danger zone, you’ll see a button labeled 'Delete account'. Clicking this button will begin the process of deleting your account. A confirmation window will pop up to make sure you truly want to delete your account. If you’re certain, hit 'Delete' to finalize the process.

Keep in mind that deleting your account will also remove all teams you own and cancel any active trials or subscriptions.

3. Farewell

You’ve successfully deleted your Stagent account. We’re sorry to see you go, but we hope your time on the platform was enjoyable. If you ever want to return, you’re always welcome to create a new account. Thank you for being a part of Stagent!
